it行业混的时间不长啊...coerus web solutions 我之前听都没听过，第一次听说，是在中午一次吃饭的时候，我们主管跟我提起，他说他最想去coerus web solutions ,是个外资,对英语要求比较高...那次才刚听说coerus web solutions ,然后在it公司速查里看了看，coerus web solutions 的口碑不错,实际如何没体验过，不过给外人的印象,口碑还算不错.关注中.

今天去了，后来又被叫回去和一老外面谈，用英语问我技术上问题，只怪自己不争气，英语听力差，都听不懂，被鄙视了。coerus web solution 还是个不错公司，给去参加招聘的每个人还发了 1 g的u盘当小礼物

公司里的人大概是什么样的水平？ 比如管理层有多少mba? 有多少是名校毕业生？ 另外，平时有培训嘛？ 大致是什么水准的培训？
